Terms of Service
1. About the Service
CloudFZS Games provides Knit Ball Puzzle, a mobile puzzle game and related services, features, content, updates, websites, support, advertisements, and in-app items collectively referred to as the āServiceā.
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Service for commercial, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the activity of minors who use the Service on their devices or accounts.
3. License to Use the Game
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service for gameplay and entertainment. We do not sell the game, source code, art, levels, or other content to you.
You agree that you will not:
- copy, sell, rent, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service;
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where allowed by law;
- use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools;
- attempt to disrupt servers, advertisements, purchases, leaderboards, or other game systems;
- upload or share unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content through any feature of the Service.
4. Accounts, Profiles, and Progress
The game may allow you to create a local profile, select a display name, choose an avatar, save level progress, collect coins, use boosters, or appear in ranking-style features. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.
Game progress, coins, boosters, hearts, rewards, and settings may be stored locally on your device or through platform services where enabled. If you uninstall the game, change devices, clear app data, or use unsupported modifications, some progress or items may be lost.
5. Virtual Items, Coins, Boosters, and Purchases
The Service may include virtual coins, boosters, hearts, ad rewards, paid items, or similar in-game benefits. These items have no real-world cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are licensed only for use inside the game.
Purchases are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment security, and billing issues are subject to the rules of the platform where you made the purchase.
We may adjust prices, availability, rewards, booster behavior, item names, or game balance where necessary to improve the Service, fix errors, prevent abuse, or comply with platform requirements.
6. Advertisements and Rewards
The Service may show ads, including interstitial ads and rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads may offer in-game benefits such as extra coins, boosters, additional rewards, or other temporary advantages.
Rewards may not be granted if an ad is unavailable, skipped early, interrupted, blocked, or fails because of network, platform, or third-party issues. We may limit ad rewards to prevent abuse or technical errors.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, including game design, artwork, graphics, animations, music, sounds, levels, code, names, logos, user interface, and other content, are owned by CloudFZS Games or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not use our names, logos, game assets, or other intellectual property without prior written permission.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update, patch, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Updates may add or remove features, adjust difficulty, fix issues, or change the way virtual items and rewards work.
Continued use of the Service after an update or change means you accept the updated Service and these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may use third-party services such as app stores, advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, payment processors, cloud services, or support tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, advertisements, SDKs, policies, or services that we do not control.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an āas isā and āas availableā basis. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from bugs or data loss.
You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for your device, internet connection, app store account, and any charges that may apply.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudFZS Games and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of data, lost profits, device issues, interrupted gameplay, or loss of virtual items.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid directly for the Service during the six months before the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by law if you paid nothing.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, attempt fraud, abuse purchases or rewards, or create technical, legal, or security risks for us or other users.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the game.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, the game, the app store listing, or another reasonable method. The āLast Updatedā date will show when these Terms were last revised.
